Request Letter
A request letter asks for information or material from a
particular person or entity. The thing you want to ask there is absolutely no
limit. You are free to ask and express what you want in the letter.
In fact, you should give as much attention to this letter as you pay attention to the other letters. Well-written letters will have a greater chance of succeeding than a randomly written letter.
In most cases, your request will get more attention if you include also an envelope for your reply letter, stamped and clearly written your name and address. The following authors give examples of the request letter.

The
form of letter writing or letter format can be used in different styles :
1) Full Block Type
full block type letters
that began writing from the left margin. that is to say, from the date, the
closing word to the attachment written at the bottom of the writing starting
from the left.
2) Semi Block Style
actually the same as
the form of a straight letter, the difference lies in writing the contents of
the letter and each new paragraph menjoraok (entry into). in practice, the
letter with this form is widely used by the company.
3) Indented Style
the writing of the
address on the letter is uneven or shaped like a ladder, and every new
paragraph jutted into.

Dear Ms. Putri
In our telephone
conversation yesterday, we discussed plans to graduation at your conference
center. I would like to confirm those plans.
The graduation date is
April 19, 2018. The hour is 08:00 A.M until 11:00 A.M for the first session,
and at 13:00 A.M to 15:00 P.M for the second session. two hundred and twenty
people will be present. We'll need two rooms: one big room and one smaller
break-out room.
As we discussed, we need
speakers in large rooms as well as computer projection systems. In every
break-out room, we need four tables, and a monitor. I need two hundred snacks
to share with the graduates and 20 box lunches.
I also appreciate
receiving the projected fee for the sole meeting. Can you send me your cost
projection on Monday, November 27th? I will give the last confirmation of our
reservation.
I would like to thank
you for your help in planning our graduation. I look forward to meeting you
next week when I come to see your facilities.
Regards,
