MODALS #4


Modal (modalities) is a form of word that helps the verb. Capital must be paired with verbs. Therefore, capital is also often called the verb replace. Here are often used capital:

Can (bisa)
Could (Ability)
Will (akan)
Would (Wilingness)
Shall (akan)
Should  (Suggestion)
May (boleh)
Might (Probability)
Must (hams)
Had to (Obligation)

Example of Sentences : 
                1.      Can
-         I can dance all day long.
-         She can cook very well.
-          I Could not listen to what he said.
-          You Can borrow my novel tomorrow morning. 

2.   Will
-          I will go to Cilacap
-          Will you invite Saras to your wedding party?
-          My parents will buy a new HP if they have sold the old one
-          I would not go anywhere until you give me my phone back 

3.   Shall
-          We shall return the novels this week end.
-          You shall ask me if I want this food.
-          I should go now, I have a lot of works to do.
-          It is too hot here. Shall I open the window? 

4.   May
-          Mala  does not come to the class, she may get up late.
-          You might meet Your mom.
-          May I ask you a question?
-          I might not be angry if you asked for my permission first. 

5.   Must
-          You must not be late.
-          We had to keep the secret.
-          You must study hard if you want to get the best score
-          He must be smart
